1. Nature of Product
All products sold through Toby Mods are digital goods designed for use within FiveM / GTA V modification environments. No physical goods are supplied under any circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed automatically through Tebex upon successful payment.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final once a download has been accessed or delivered. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, server shutdowns, lack of technical knowledge, or compatibility issues outside of stated requirements. A refund may only be considered if a product is completely non-functional and our support team has been contacted and unable to resolve the issue.
4. File Delivery
Files are delivered automatically via Tebex following successful payment. If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us via Discord.
5. Support
Basic support covers installation guidance and fixing verified faults with our products. Support does not cover framework setup, third-party script conflicts, or general FiveM server management.
6. Usage Rights
Upon purchase you may use and modify the files on your own server(s). You may not resell, share, leak, redistribute, or claim ownership of any Toby Mods product.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us via Discord before raising any dispute. Opening a chargeback without attempting direct resolution first may result in refusal of future service.
8. Compatibility
Products are designed for current FiveM recommended builds unless stated otherwise. Compatibility with every framework, script, or server setup is not guaranteed.
9. Liability
Toby Mods is not responsible for server downtime, data loss, financial loss from server operation, or misuse of purchased assets.
